SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All shipments inside Denmark is charged with a flat rate of 35Dkr.
We apply a 80Dkr shipping charge on european deliveries and other international shipments has a flat rate of 100Dkr

Delivery within 2-4 days weekdays for Danish orders . Add a few days extra for European and international shipments. You will receive a notice when your item is ready to be shipped with further information on estimated time of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accepts returns within 14 days from the day you have received your product. This means that the product needs to back in our hands within the 14 days period.

On all Danish returns, we're happy to help you out by sending you a return label at a 35Dkr charge. This will be deducted from your returned payment. All you have to do is to fill out the form below and tick the box underneath.

We do not accept items that have been in use. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the same card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.
